How to read a time comparison
A 7-day comparison uses the price near seven days earlier as its starting point; 30-day and 1-year views use the same idea. Positive or negative percentages describe only the selected period.

Why historical sources may differ
Bitcoin trades around the clock across many markets. Time zones, sampling intervals, currencies, and data providers can produce small differences between two historical charts.
What history cannot tell you
A past rise, fall, or quiet period does not determine a future price. This page keeps historical data descriptive and does not attach predictions or directional language to it.
