Refresh and fallback
The browser checks for updated data about every 30 seconds. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, the page keeps the latest valid figure visible and marks the data as delayed.
Everyday comparisons
Tesla, iPhone, coffee, and hamburger comparisons use published reference prices checked on the displayed date. They explain scale only; actual product prices vary by location, taxes, and configuration.
